REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets out how AS Living (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles returns and refunds for purchases made through our website. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
Home Goods: Refunds are available for eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Digital Products: Due to their electronic nature, all digital downloads (e.g., guides, templates, e-books) are non-refundable. If you experience technical issues, please contact us for assistance.
Organizing Services: Refunds for services are not generally offered once the service has been delivered. Cancellations and rescheduling terms will be provided at the time of booking.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are final sale and not eligible for refund, including:
Gift cards or promotional vouchers
Custom or personalized items
Opened or used home goods that cannot be resold for health or safety reasons
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at hello@asliving.ca with your order number and details of your request.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within [X business days] after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank or credit card statement again.
Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
